Photo Release Waiver
For use of our photos, please send in a request.
You understand that 4 Paws Walking Luxembourg will be photographing and filming your pet(s) for commercial purposes. By engaging in a contract with 4 Paws Walking Luxembourg, you consent your pet(s) to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. Your contract entry with 4 Paws Walking Luxembourg constitutes your consent to such photography, filming and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of your pet’s appearance and name for any purpose whatsoever in connection with 4 Paws Walking Luxembourg.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by you with entering the contract.

If you do not agree to the foregoing, please send us a message in writing.

You will hereby grant 4 Paws Walking Luxembourg permission to use your pet(s) in photograph, video, or other digital media in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

You understand and agree that all photos/videos will become the property of 4 Paws Walking Luxembourg.

You will hereby irrevocably authorize 4 Paws Walking Luxembourg to exhibit, publish, or distribute photos/videos for commercial purpose. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.

You will hereby hold release and forever discharge 4 Paws Walking Luxembourg from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, or any other persons acting on your behalf, have or may have by reason of this authorization.

YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE AND ACCEPT THE CONDITIONS IN ITS ENTIRETY.
